Product Care & Maintenance
Take care of your toy and it'll take care of you for a lot longer. Here's how.
Wash your toy before its first use and after every session, even if it looks clean. Bacteria doesn't announce itself.
For silicone toys:
1. Rinse under warm running water.
2. Apply a small amount of mild, unscented soap or a silicone-safe toy cleaner.
3. Work it gently over the entire surface, including any textured areas or seams.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Soap residue can irritate skin on your next use.
5. Pat dry with a clean towel or let air-dry completely before storing.
For toys with a motor or electronic components:
Never fully submerge a toy unless it's specifically labeled waterproof. For splash-proof or non-waterproof toys, wipe down with a damp (not wet) cloth and mild soap, keeping water away from any charging ports or seams around the motor housing.
Charging
Only use the charging cable that came with your toy. Third-party cables sometimes don't match the voltage and can damage the battery. Let it charge fully before first use, and avoid leaving it plugged in for days at a time once it's full. Treat it like you would a phone battery.
If your toy has a magnetic charging point, make sure both contacts are completely dry before connecting. Charging with moisture on the contacts is one of the most common reasons a toy stops working early.
Storage
• Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Direct sunlight and heat can degrade silicone over time.
• Use a dedicated storage pouch (many of our toys ship with one) rather than tossing it loose in a drawer with other items, especially other silicone toys or anything with a similar texture. Silicone can react with silicone and cause a tacky surface over time.
• Make sure it's completely dry before storing. Moisture trapped in storage is how mildew happens.

• Store in the pouch it came with, away from direct sunlight
• Use only the original charging cable
• Check charging contacts are dry before connecting
• Replace if you notice cracking, discoloration, or a change in texture
Following these steps takes an extra minute or two per use, but it's the difference between a toy lasting years versus a few months.
